A therapeutic relationship can feel like a risk; it takes time to trust another person to be a part of your journey. At your pace, we will create a safe and collaborative relationship. As you feel comfortable to share more deeply about your life and what you are wanting to grow into and vision for your life, I will get the privilege to work alongside you, supporting the process of navigating your truth and healing potential. You will have choice and agency in your process, and will determine/modify your goals along the way. As your guide, I will assist you in unearthing resources and shed light on inherent strengths, skills, and resiliency. Together we will explore exciting possibilities for change and transformation, and put your newfound skills into practice.

Drawing from identified goals during our time together, you might be led into body-centered explorations, discovering how your emotional states inform your life. Finding your truth will be surfaced through mindfulness exercises, and creative interventions. My work involves surfacing, normalizing, and transforming in a safe holding environment.

I have particular experience working with individuals from a collaborative and shared process via a coaching role. Additionally, areas of focus are supporting trauma survivors, those who are being faced with major life transitions and/or personal challenges surrounding identity and individuals in the bereavement process.
