Passionate about serving as many as possible to live their best life, Crystal works both locally in Ashland, Oregon as well as remotely via telehealth sessions.

Crystal holds a Master's in Social work through Portland State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW) in Oregon. In addition to offering private therapy, she has a unique skill set from working with young adults in a residential therapeutic program; she passionately supports this population in the role of a behavioral health coach.

With an eclectic approach, Crystal offers evidence based and alternative interventions to her clients. Each individual receives support uniquely tailored and adapted to best support their process and progress.

When meeting, sessions cover the spectrum of healing possibilities and take place via telehealth, meeting locally in a client home, sitting in local coffee shops to build comfort in communal spaces, or doing walk and talks outside, focusing on mindfulness and the benefits of nature.
